The 21+ age requirement is enforced through the KYC verification process, which requires submission of a government-issued identification document confirming date of birth.
If spinph22 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Some of spinph22's service providers, including cloud infrastructure and KYC verification providers, may process personal data outside of the Philippines.
